Piotr Figiel - Piotr - 1971 (Psychedelic/Jazz/Funk/Soul/Easy Listening/Hammond {Polônia})

Outra reedição de 2019 e, também, muito interessante.
Desta vez o selo polonês GAD Records desenterrou essa obra maravilhosa
do compositor Piotr Figiel, além do álbum "Gdzieś, kiedyś" (GAD CD 103).
"Follow my dream" (GAD CD 105) e "Welcome" (GAD CD 109).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Another reissue of 2019 and also very interesting.
This time the Polish label GAD Records unearthed this wonderful work
by composer Piotr Figiel, as well as the album "Gdzieś, kiedyś" (GAD CD 103).
Other interesting reissues of the label this year were SBB's albums
"Follow my dream" (GAD CD 105) and "Welcome" (GAD CD 109).

The Hammond organ-watered album brings influences of jazz, soul, funk,
easy listening with some psychedelic touches, typical of the time it was released.
All the tracks are nice and with great melodies, but I still dare to highlight the tracks
"Nieobecność", "5x5 = 55" and "Preludium e-moll" which soon became my favorites.
About the musicians who collaborate on the album, one of the highlights is the excellent
trumpeter Tomasz Stańko, who also has a successful career with great albums.
Good auditions!
