Goma - 14 abril - 1975 (Progressive Jazz Fusion Rock {Espanha})

Da terceira maior província de Andaluzia (depois das duas Castillas) e de sua capital Sevilha, surgiu um dos melhores grupos prog do tipo "one-shot band". A banda espanhola foi formada no ano de 1974 por ex-membros das bandas Chilcle, Caramelos y Pipas e Gong (banda espanhola). A Goma teve uma vida curta e lançou apenas este álbum, no ano de 1975, e depois a banda pôs fim às suas atividades.

O LP "14 abril" só foi relançado 20 anos depois, pelo selo Lost Vinyl. O álbum traz uma ótima mistura de rock andaluz, progressivo, jazz fusion e space/psych. É composto de 4 longas e bem elaboradas faixas, na maioria do tempo instrumentais, contando com excelentes passagens de guitarra, saxofone e órgão, que mostram a qualidade dos músicos.

From the third largest province of Andalusia (after the two Castillas) and its capital Seville, one of the best "one-shot-band" prog groups has emerged. The Spanish band was formed in the year 1974 by former members of the bands Chilcle, Caramelos y Pipas and Gong (Spanish band). Goma had a short life and only released this album in the year 1975, and then the band put an end to their activities.

The LP "14 abril" was reissued only 20 years later by the label Lost Vinyl. The album brings a great mix of Andalusian rock, progressive, jazz fusion and space/psych. It is composed of 4 long and well elaborated tracks, most of the instrumental time, counting on excellent passages of guitar, sax and organ, that show the quality of the musicians.
