Klockwerk Orange - Abrakadabra - 1975 (Progressive Rock {Áustria})

Klockwerk Orange foi fundada em Zams (Tirol, Áustria) em 1972, inicialmente sob o nome The Satisfaction of Night. A  banda foi fundada por Hermann Delago, quando os seus membros ainda cursavam o ensino médio. A banda era formada por Hermann Delago (guitarra, órgão, sintetizador, trompete, vocal, compositor), Markus Weiler (órgão, piano elétrico, sintetizador), Guntram Burt (baixo, guitarra, vocal) e Wolfgang Boeck (bateria, sinos tubulares, tímpanos). Mais tarde, Hermann Delago estudou na Music Academy of Innsbruck, fez álbuns explorando a sonoridade do instrumento musical didgeridoo e também fez parte dos grupos Austria Trio e Viller Spatzen, além de alguns grupos de jazz.

A banda deu cerca de 20 shows em Tirol antes de se separar. Seu único lançamento foi um LP de 1974 chamado "Abrakadabra", gravado em um estúdio em Elbigenalp sob a direção de Franz Koch (que mais tarde ficou conhecido como produtor e chefe da gravadora que leva seu nome). O álbum foi lançado em 1975, em uma pequena edição, e foi publicado pela CBS.

Em 2013, este raro álbum foi relançado em formato LP pela Digatone Records e em formato CD pela Belle Antique, no Japão. O álbum tem passagens geniais, principalmente a faixa título, que eu posso dizer que é o grande destaque.

The band consisted of Hermann Delago (guitar, organ, synthesizer, trumpet, vocals, composer), Markus Weiler (organ, electric piano, synthesizer), Guntram Burt (bass, guitar, vocals) and Wolfgang Boeck (drums, tubular bells, eardrums). Later, Hermann Delago studied at the Music Academy of Innsbruck, made albums exploring the sound of the didgeridoo musical instrument and was also part of the Austria Trio and Viller Spatzen groups, as well as some jazz groups.

The band gave around 20 concerts in Tirol before breaking up. His only release was a 1974 LP called "Abrakadabra", recorded in a studio in Elbigenalp under the direction of Franz Koch (who later became known as producer and head of the record company that bears his name). The album was released in 1975, in a small edition, and was published by CBS.

In 2013, this rare album was re-released in LP format by Digatone Records and in CD format by Belle Antique in Japan. The album has brilliant passages, especially the title track, which I can say is the highlight.
