Renan Lourenço - Sacred... Music is my religion - 2023 (Instrumental/Fusion/Rock {Brasil})

Em 2021, o excelente guitarrista brasileiro Renan Lourenço estreou com seu álbum "Inception", lançado dia 17 de maio de 2021, e que tive o prazer de divulgar aqui no blog. O álbum contou com a presença do guitarrista Edu Ardanuy -  que também foi seu mentor - e com o tecladista Derek Sherinian (Dream Theather, Yngwie Malmsteen, Sons of Apollo, Black Country Communion). Entre frases de blues, jazz fusion e heavy o virtuosíssimo Renan Lourenço nos impressionou com sua técnica apurada e de muito bom gosto. O álbum acumulou resenhas e inúmeras matérias em sites e blogs especializados ao redor do mundo como na américa latina: Argentina, República Dominicana, México, Bolívia e Uruguai; na europa: Reino Unido, Noruega, Bélgica, Espanha, Itália, Áustria e Eslováquia; nos EUA, Canadá, além de sites e publicações importantes no Brasil como Roadie Crew, Collector's Room e Whiplash. Em dezembro de 2021, "Inception" foi eleito pelo blog mexicano Metal Pedia como "Álbum do ano". Além do álbum "Inception", Renan já tinha 3 singles lançados em formato digital.

Mas ele não não parou por aí. Este ano, Renan volta com seu mais novo trabalho, o single "Sacred... Music is my religion", que traz um trabalho de guitarra mais apurado, demonstrando que ele não parou no tempo. O single foi originalmente lançado no dia 15 deste mês, e já pode ser conferido em todas as plataformas digitais. "Sacred..." foi gravado, mixado e masterizado por Alexandre Bressan no 3EM1 Studio, em Londrina, Paraná, e contou com a arte visual de Marcela Takei. Renan reside na cidade de Londrina (Paraná), leciona desde os 18 anos e atualmente é professor de guitarra e violão na Escola de Música ArtMusic e educador musical no Instituto Roberto Miranda, em um projeto de música para deficientes visuais e pessoas com necessidades especias, além de ministrar aulas online.

Em 2019, foi membro da banda de death metal Hellpath. Ainda em 2019, começou a produzir e apresentar mensalmente o programa "Guitar masters" na rádio online RYR (Rock You Radio), programa inteiramente voltado aos amantes da guitarra. De 2013 a 2022, foi membro da banda Cometz (inicialmente sob o nome de The Hitz, depois The Cometz), e atualmente toca na banda de rock progressivo Badfripp.

Ele também é musicoterapeuta na Clínica TEAmo (Londrina, Paraná) clínica especializada em autismo, cursa Pós-Graduação em Arranjo Musical na Universidade Unyleya (Distrito Federal), faz parte do cast de artistas da MS Metal Agency Brasil e trabalha nas composições e produção do seu segundo álbum solo.

"Sacred..." was recorded, mixed and mastered by Alexandre Bressan at 3EM1 Studio, in Londrina, Paraná, and featured visual art by Marcela Takei. Renan lives in the city of Londrina (Paraná), has been teaching since he was 18 years old and is currently a guitar and guitar teacher at the ArtMusic Music School and music educator at the Roberto Miranda Institute, in a music project for the visually impaired and people with special needs, in addition to teaching online classes.

In 2019, he was a member of the death metal band Hellpath.
