Jonathan foi uma banda de Progressive Electronic da Alemanha com um álbum auto-intitulado lançado em 1978 na AAR de Heinz Ulm, e relançado na Bellaphon Labels. A banda consistia de Peter Garrattoni, que tocava bateria, e estava acompanhado por Helmut Grab, que tocava teclas e eletrônica. Helmut concentrou-se em Minimoog, Rhodes, Roland e Solina. Helmut concentrated on Minimoog, Rhodes, Roland, and Solina. Peter Garattoni was also part of the project playing drums. They were accompanied by Emil Wirth on bass (on "Funky's visit"), and Uli Buehl playing a Roland synthesizer on "Raising winds", along with Fender Rhodes in "Waters" and also playing Grand Piano in "Moved Earth".
